The Moondance 1 Tent is an ultra-lightweight (under 1.5kg), fully seam-sealed, and completely waterproof shelter designed for solo adventurers. Perfect for bike-packers, bushwalkers, and travel enthusiasts, this tent offers unparalleled livability without compromising on weight or space.
With 25% more internal floor area than the average 1-person tent, the Moondance 1 features a 26cm wide by 220cm long triangular expansion opposite the doorway, providing waterproof space for your gear, clothes, and accessories. This results in a generous total of 2.31m² of internal floor space, making it an exceptionally roomy option for a solo tent. Steep walls and a wide ridge pole create an inviting interior that’s perfect for waiting out inclement weather in comfort.
Compact and portable, the Moondance 1 includes the inner, fly, pegs, and repair kit, all compressing down to just 13 x 28cm in the included tent compression sack. The DAC pole set folds down to a mere 42cm, making it easy to carry on any adventure.
Constructed from durable yet ultralight 20 denier fly fabric with a 2000mm waterhead, the Moondance 1 also features a rip-stop nylon and No-See-Um mesh interior. The market-leading WaterBloc™ floor is made from 40 denier nylon with an impressive 25,000mm+ waterhead PU lamination, ensuring maximum protection against the elements.
Mont tents come fully seam-sealed and ready for rain straight out of the box—no need for additional sealing.
